1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of TimeNest, a mobile app that synchronizes time zones, manages schedules, and integrates with Google Calendar.

2. Account & Membership

• Register via Firebase Authentication (email or anonymous login)
• Accounts cannot be transferred or shared

3. Service Use

• Personal and non-commercial use only
• Users must not infringe on others’ rights
• Google Calendar integration requires user consent via OAuth

4. Data Ownership

• Users retain ownership of their schedules and events
• TimeNest only accesses and processes data to provide features

5. Limitation of Liability

Not responsible for delays, notification errors, or downtime caused by external services.

6. Service Modification & Termination

Features may be added, modified, or discontinued with prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada (or South Korea, depending on release region).

8. Google API Compliance

• TimeNest complies with Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Google API data is never shared with third parties.
